Our prices are adjusted to the room occupancy in the various room categories. Thanks to this flexible model, we reward guests who book early.

• For stays of 7 days or more with arrival on Sunday or Thursday, we offer you a special daily price.
• The prices quoted are per person in a double room including half board.
• Prices for double rooms for single use on request.
• On New Year's Eve we charge a one-off surcharge of € 120.00 per person for the menu and evening accompaniment.

The children's discounts apply in the parents' room with 2 full-paying adults:

• up to 2.9 years: -90%
• 3 to 8.9 years: -40%
• 9 to 13.9 years: -30%
• from 14 years: -20%

If a double room is occupied by only one adult and one child, the child will be charged the adult price.

• Deviations in terms of layout, furnishings and texture within the individual categories are possible.
• All rooms and the entire hotel interior are non-smoking areas.
• We endeavour to fulfil fixed room requests, but cannot guarantee them.
• We only rent our apartments on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
• If you have only booked overnight accommodation in the apartments, you can also book the breakfast buffet for € 30.00 or the evening menu for € 55.00 on a daily basis.

• You have the option of cancelling free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival.
• If you cancel within 6 weeks, we will charge 50%, 70% from 2 weeks before arrival and 1 day before arrival, in the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the booked stay (regardless of resale).
• You can easily and securely take out travel cancellation insurance together with the deposit via our website.
• We are happy to accept EC cards, ATM and VISA and Mastercard credit cards. Checks cannot be accepted.

Your dog is very welcome here. In order to allow guests without a four-legged companion and guests with a dog to live together harmoniously, we ask you to note the following:

• dogs are only permitted on request.
• We charge € 35.00 per day without food.
• Please understand that dogs may only be taken to designated rooms in the main building.
• Dogs are not permitted in the entire restaurant, pool, SPA and fitness area, or in the garden.
• Your dog should be used to being quiet and staying alone in the room.
• You are welcome to take your four-legged companion on a lead in the bar and on the terrace.
• Your four-legged friend can get plenty of exercise in the neighbouring wooded areas. Please make use of the poo bags that you will find on the left at the driveway to the hotel.
• We reserve the right to charge for any additional final cleaning required on departure.

The Bolzano Card is included in the room price and is valid from the day of check-in to the day of departure. It guarantees you free travel on all public transport and some cable cars in South Tyrol. You can also discover the most visited attractions for free or at a special price. Leave your car behind, enjoy the freedom and explore Jenesien, Bolzano and South Tyrol without any worries.

The card must be validated every time you travel on public transport. If the digital card has not arrived upon check in, please contact reception at once, so that a new card can be sent to you on your e-mail.

• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
